- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately it has only taken the new owners two years to completely ruin this wonderful place. They seem to be cartering to very large noisy groups. Not a very relaxing place to be anymore. We have been going annually for at least 20 years and always had a great time, not so this year. The first night we couldn't get into the restaurant as it was taken over by a big group, on our second night we couldn't get into the bar as a very large party was in there. If there going to restrict access to main parts of the hotel they should at least advise you before you arrive. It would also help if it wasn't run by students.
